Dear Friends:
We are in full summer swing already, bringing you films, art shows, book group, music and plays! Do you want to get involved? Join as a member and support what we do. We are a volunteer run organization and are always looking for more helpful volunteers - email us if you are interested in volunteering. Our next Summer Solstice show is opening on June 19th and running through July 19th and is open to all artists and mediums. Send us email by Monday, June 15 to let us know if you will be submitting artwork. This show will be up during prime Fair Haven summer fun. so don't miss it. Next on the Tuesday's at the Art Center schedule is the Listening Room on June 9th 6:30-pm in the art center performance barn behind the Hardware Cafe. The June book discussion group will feature James by Percival Everett.. Future books will be decided upon by the participants.. Attend every month or selected months--it's your book club. We've had a great response to the first Fair Haven Poster Project. Participating artists have selected their poems that they are going to illustrate and. you can view the final list here. Yoga classes continue on Tuesdays and Fridays at 8:30a.m. Helen welcomes new participants at all levels.. Our writer's group is on-going every 2nd and 4th Wednesday at 6pm. .
