In this workshop participants will be helped to bring that picture into better focus, to identify challenging situations and ways of handling them, as well as exploring and changing limiting beliefs that prevent us from becoming the person we want to be. So that there will be enough time for individual sharing and interaction the size of the group will be limited and will be on a “first come, first served” basis. Participants must also be able to attend all three sessions, as each session builds on the one before. If you are interested in participating, you may either call Nancy at 315-564-7527 or email her at firstname.lastname@example.org Facilitator: Nancy Hale, Retired Director of SUNY Oswego Counseling Services Center
